Talulabell Review ~ Pencil Holders

Hello guys,

For today, I’ll be giving a review on an online shop named Talulabell Handmade Crafts (https://www.facebook.com/TalulaBellHandmadeCrafts/). It was easy to find them on Facebook, their page also looked legit since it’s verified by Facebook. They also have a website (https://talulabellblog.wordpress.com/), the website looked simple but it was okay as long as I can see the products. I decided to order some pencil holders from them because I was planning to give my officemates some gifts before I get transferred to another branch. I contacted them through Facebook and there I had my transactions.

I have done finalizing my orders within a week. I paid through bank transfer because it was faster, Joy Olaguera, the owner of Talulabell then confirmed it. After confirmation, she told me to wait for two weeks until they finish the orders because they don’t have available pencil holders as of the moment. I agreed because I didn’t think it would take so long to make small pencil holders. After the two weeks that she asked, I messaged her for an update. The response was late just like the first time I messaged her.  She said that the pencil holders are still in production but they have already finished some. I was a bit disappointed since I only ordered 10 pieces of small pencil holders yet they haven’t finished it yet in two weeks.  Luckily, I was not that in a hurry. I gave them another week for them to finish and after that week, I asked her again but there was no response. I waited for several days but she didn’t reply. I was thinking that I might have been scammed since she’s ignoring my messages. She only messaged me on the fourth week, she said she’ll send the pencil holders that week’s Friday.

She sent the pencil holders via JRS. I was glad that it finally came; I instantly opened it after receiving to see the quality. Honestly, I was displeased with the pencil holders. It took a really long time to finish it up yet its quality is not that nice. It was so rough to hold and some were already crumpled due to how it was wrapped when it was sent to me. I, at least hoped that it will be well packed when sent to me. In total, I was really disappointed with their products, also with their commitments.

I wouldn’t be recommending you guys their products nor this online shop. Save your time and money with something more worth spending with.
