Talulabell Review ~ Kiddie Bags

For today, I’ll be sharing with you a horrible experience when with an online shop and their abaca handbags. I simply found this online shop on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/TalulaBellHandmadeCrafts/), it was called Talulabell Handmade Crafts. They also have a website (https://talulabellblog.wordpress.com/), which I find good because it adds more legibility to the shop. The online shop offers a lot of native products including cute handbags in which I ordered. I bought four pieces of their handbags in different colors. I messaged them on Facebook to make an order and they responded.

My payment method was through banking. The owner, Joy Olaguer was the one who confirmed my orders and payment. She asked me to wait for two weeks since the bags were made to order. At first, I was worried that it might be a scam because I was not told in advance that the bags weren’t available and that I had already paid it in full but I trusted them still. I waited for a week before I asked how the production was doing. Joy responded to me the next day. She told me that two of the bags were already done, two more left. I was glad since it’s almost done, she told me to wait for another week. Another week passed and I messaged to check if they had finished the two bags. This time she did not respond, I waited for the response the whole week but there was still none. Again, I got worried because she was ignoring my messages and the bags weren’t still shipped. She sent me the receipt after two weeks. It took way longer than expected but I didn’t care anymore as long as it was shipped. 

I received the handbags via JRS. When I checked the bags, I was really frustrated with it. It was messily done, the color of the bags was different from the images. I was also surprised by the handles because it looked like it would come off easily. I was really saddened by the bags. 

I wouldn’t want this to happen to any of you that is why I really don’t recommend this online shop for you native lovers out there. Save yourself from disappointment and money.
