Talulabell Review ~ Top Design Bag

Hi,

Today I’ll be sharing my thoughts and review on an online shop named Talulabell Handmade Crafts. I found this shop on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/TalulaBellHandmadeCrafts/) and they also have a website (https://talulabellblog.wordpress.com/). The store offers a variety of native products. I bought three abaca bags from them with vibrant colors as a preparation for summer. I ordered through chat on their Facebook. They took a long time to respond though.

I paid my orders through bank deposit. Joy Olaguera, the owner, was the one I had my transaction with. She said the bags weren’t on hand because the stocks are fast moving. She asked me to wait for two weeks until she can ship the bags. I wanted to be sure that when I update, the bags are already done that’s why I waited not two but three weeks before I messaged her for an update. She responded to me the next day. I was disappointed when she told me that they weren’t still done with the bags though I have already given them an extra week than what they had promised. I had no other choice but to wait another week and when it came, I messaged her again. I messaged her several times but there was no response for the whole week. The next week I tried messaging her again, and then she finally replied. She said that she hopes I would not rush them with their work because it might affect the quality. At this point, I was already feeling annoyed because it’s like she’s saying that I’m at fault for rushing them work while they were the ones giving commitments they couldn’t fulfill. I was already losing my interests on the bags.

I received the abaca bags through JRS. I opened it immediately when it arrived to see it’s quality, and to be honest, it was really frustrating. The bags looked different from the images, it looked like an old stock. It was untidily done as well. It was really disappointing for me, after all the troubles. 

I wouldn’t want anyone to experience something like this. The customer service is bad, and the products are worse. I wouldn’t recommend you buying in this online store at all. Save your time and money.
