Talulabell Review ~ Round Jute Beatrice with Embroidery

Today, I’ll be reviewing an online shop and their products. The shop is named Talulabell Handmade Crafts (https://www.facebook.com/TalulaBellHandmadeCrafts/), they can be seen on Facebook but they also have their own website. As I looked for their products, I’ve seen that they’ve posted a new design of bag made from jute. I liked it since it has embroidery on it and the colors looked fun. I decided to order three pieces (red, purple and brown). I messaged them on Facebook for my orders and there I had all my transactions with.

I was able to finalize my orders within a week of time, including payment. The owner introduced herself as Joy Olaguera, she was the one whom I had my transactions with. After confirming my orders, she told me that there are no onhand stocks of my orders as of the moment, she asked me to wait for two weeks for production time. Since I was not in a rush, I agreed and waited patiently for two weeks. After two weeks, I message the shop for an update on my orders. I got a response after a day saying that they haven’t finished the sling bags yet. Though I was a bit disappointed, I know these things are inevitable that’s why I’ve given them another week for them to finish it. Joy told me that they can surely finish it by the next week and so I had high hopes that they really could. After a week, I messaged her again to know the status of my orders. I was surprised when I didn’t receive any response, even after that week. I was feeling hesitant about the situation. After another week, I got a message from the shop that they have already sent the bags. They sent me a picture of the receipt. It took almost a month for them to send me the bags which is really disappointing since they’ve only committed to only two weeks.

The sling bags were sent via JRS. After receiving it, I immediately checked the quality because I’m really particular with regards to the quality of my orders. In all honesty, I found the sling bags disappointing. There were a lot of unfinished stitches on the embroidered part. It doesn’t look durable at all, it’s like if I put a few heavy things inside it would easily give up. Overall, I was not satisfied with my orders. They were not that nice as it looked on the page.

I am not recommending you guys this online store nor their products. It’s a waste of time and money. I’m surely not going to buy any more products from them. I hoped you learned something from this experience.
